RULES & REGULATIONS
- Theme must be strictly Educational (social awareness, science, technology, moral values,environment, etc.).
- The short film must promote a positive messages
- Language should be decent and respectful.
- Subtitles are mandatory if the film is in a regional language.
- College name/logo can be added.
- Team members: Minimum 2 and Maximum 5 participants.
- Film must be submitted before the deadline(Google Drive /Pen drive as instructed).
- Each team must submit a short film of 5-10 minutes duration (including credits)
- Video format: MP4/ AVI/ MOV (Full HD preferred 1080p).
- Orientation: Landscape only.
- On presentation day, at least one team member must introduce the film.
- The introduction/explanation time is 2 to 3 minutes.
- Teams must be present 30 minutes before their screening time
- The film must be original (No copyright content).
- Vulgar, violent, political, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive violence or sensitive content should be avoided.
- Any violation of rules may lead to disqualification.
Registration Fee — ₹250 per participant
